Catherine Parrish, founder and President of NextLevel Leadership, Inc. has worked with executives in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, India and Australia for more than 25 years, to help them to move up to the next level of their leadership, effectiveness, communication and productivity.
Her areas of focus include assisting leaders and their organizations to create the right professional environment for people to express their full potential and exceed their objectives.
Catherine helps individual managers and executives to raise their self-awareness, sharpen their focus, increase their personal productivity, and improve their career satisfaction and sense of well-being. Her work with individuals includes private coaching and leadership development. She helps leaders to:

For years, Catherine served as a chief executive and leader in the world of Not-For-Profit and humanitarian organizations. Her work to help improve the quality of life for people living in conditions of poverty has taken her to Africa and India, as well as Latin America, Eastern Europe, and throughout the United States.
Catherine founded NextLevel Leadership, in response to requests from friends and acquaintances in the world of business. She began doing consulting projects in executive and leadership development, productivity enhancement, communication and teambuilding.
She brings light-heartedness, humor, and compassion to all of her consulting and coaching engagements. Catherine holds degrees in history, psychology and education from the University of California, Berkeley. She played basketball and tennis on Cal’s Women’s Team and then on the women’s professional tennis circuit before returning to graduate school. She serves on the boards of The Soul of Money Institute, The Pachamama Alliance, and The Turning Tide Coalition. Catherine serves on the faculty of the Institute for Women’s Leadership and is a partner in Leadership Alchemy.
She lives in the San Francisco Bay Are with her husband, Bill; their daughter is a law student in New York City.
